A need for a more efficient, automated system
With 30+ senior care communities, Health Care of Iowa (HCI) knows that keeping shifts filled and operations running smoothly is no small task. Like many senior care providers, they were looking for a better way to manage schedules, control labor costs, and reduce reliance on staffing agencies—all while ensuring the best possible care for residents. However, with shifts managed on paper, tracking open roles in real-time was challenging, sometimes leading to duplicate staffing or last-minute gaps. Administrators worked hard to coordinate schedules, but the process wasn’t as efficient as it could be. HCI needed a solution that could simplify scheduling, improve team collaboration, and help them stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry.
